Hillsong CityCare is the community arm of Hillsong Church in Sydney. We are passionate about seeing people equipped to live in freedom in every area of life. We offer great courses on that deliver dynamic principles with practical application techniques to equip you for life.
Educate For Life
Our Educate for Life courses are for everyone! It doesn't matter if you've been coming to church for years or have never set foot in a church. We have a range of courses designed to help you do life better. We offer great courses on Marriage, Identity, Drug & Alcohol, Anger, Divorce, and much more. Each course runs for a handful of weeks and are run in a small group setting that deliver dynamic principles with practical application techniques. Courses available.
SAFE (Sexual Abuse: Freedom & Education)
Hillsong SAFE is an educational and support program which we seek to make available to any people in our community who have been affected by sexual abuse. SAFE aims to help people who have been affected by sexual abuse as well as equipping parents, carers, volunteers and workers with skills and training to help prevent abuse from happening in the first place. With training and education, SAFE aims to help people in a practical way to receive the support they need in a caring, experienced and positive community. All Hillsong SAFE programs are offered free of charge.
DARE
Drug and Alcohol service is one of a range of community services provided by Hillsong CityCare and currently provides specialist services to people living in Waterloo, Blacktown and the wider community. Our passion is to connect with people who have alcohol or other drug issues, to change mindsets and empower people to gain vision and hope and do life with strength and purpose.
Shine
Shine is for every woman. For every girl. We believe that everyone is uniquely valuable and that every life counts. Shine outworks this through a personal development program designed by Hillsong CityCare to help girls and women tackle issues of self-esteem, value and self-worth. The program takes a practical approach, exploring core values and learning life principles.
Strengthening Families
Strengthening Families is about helping families grow together in strength & unity. Empowering parents with education, knowledge and understanding through Parenting courses, Parenting workshops & Parenting sessions. Helping children with positive life skills, understanding their emotions & how to appreciate their families.
