Munch and Move is a healthy lifestyle program for children up to six years of age. It is a fun, play-based program for early childhood services across NSW. The program fits within the new National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework. It is a joint initiative of the NSW Department of Health, the NSW Department of Human Services and NSW Area Health Services.
