With approx 6.8 billion people on the planet, it is quite easy to feel just like a face in the crowd, a tiny dot of insignificance, BUT you need to know you were created for much more than this. A life that seemingly can be classified as a vapor, can also be known to be of great influence and purpose. The truth is, we all have our own story which has unfolded, shaped and been sketched out on the canvas of life by our culture, colour, decisions, geography, and the world we live in. Some of these stories captivate us, motivate us, they release our imagination and cause us to dream of what could be, while others leave us wondering what is happening to the world in which we live and how can I make a difference? Along with triumph and elation comes defeat, lost dreams and uncertainty. Although we live in a world where there is great diversity, there is still so much similarity. EveryONE has a story, every life has a purpose, every person is valuable and every day is unique.
As we enter 2010 we are greeted on the same playing field with endless possibilities and opportunities. We are living in the greatest time in history! 2010 is the start of a NEW decade with the prospect of change and a chance for a new slate. “A re-birth of FAITH, a re-awakening of LOVE and a uprising of HOPE” is outlaid before us, with a question that resounds “what will you do with the life you’ve been given?”
In context of saying this we are pleased and excited to announce for the 1st time ever ‘FRONTLINE RENAISSANCE’ a gathering of 25-35’s from all facets of life that understand everyONE matters, everyONE has a story, dreams can be re-ignited, second chances are available, while at the same time helping people to see and understand that they are a chapter or a page in an even greater story. It is the greatest story ever told! A story about LOVE – with no strings attached!
The Frontline Renaissance is a collaboration of individuals uniting around a cause to create, communicate and connect, becoming catalysts of change that rise up in grace, bringing and making a local and global difference, by being a voice for the voiceless coupling with action of being the hands and feet of Jesus, and encouraging everyONE to unleash the greatness and potential that is within them.
So whether your quirky, eclectic, fun, sophisticated, boring, educated, encouraging, loud, quiet, geeky, normal (what’s that?), weird, single, couple, engaged, married, family, working, not working, thinking of working this Renaissance is for YOU! We will be discussing areas to do with industries, business, family, parenting, sexuality, spirituality, relationships, technology, creativity, social justice, leadership, fresh perspectives, humanity and much more.
The essence of this renaissance is a heart of passion, which once grasped is poured out into all areas of life; the market place, fashion, arts, trades, social media, entertainment, literature, music, design, sports, technology and animations industries bringing change, empowerment and transformation to lives, families and relationships.
Our renaissance is about the love of Jesus Christ for all people!
